4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the session without charges.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
  • If you are late arriving at a session, the session will begin on your arrival and continue until the time when it is scheduled to end. If you wish the session to overrun, and we agree, then you may be charged at our discretion for the extra time we spend providing the Services.
  • We shall seek to enable you to achieve your desired outcomes. No outcome can be guaranteed, however, and you have sole responsibility for acting on any recommendations or advice our Dr may give. We have no liability for any loss incurred by you, whether financial or otherwise, following my provision of the Services, nor for any perceived failure by you, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve your desired outcomes or goals.
  • Payment for physiotherapy services is due at the time, or during the treatment session.
  • Refunds for prepaid packages will be processed on a pro-rata basis, deducting used sessions and administrative costs.
  • If a patient fails to inform/cancel and the physiotherapist arrives, the session will be charged as per regularity.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Data Protection & Security
